This decision allows me to focus on what is best for my clients rather than what is dictated by an insurance company.

Insurance companies often require mental health diagnoses, treatment plans, progress reports, and other personal information to authorize or continue services. Private pay allows your counseling experience to remain between you and your therapist.
Personalized Treatment
Your treatment is guided by your needs—not by insurance limitations. Together, we determine the frequency, length, and focus of services based on what will best support your growth and healing.
No Session Limits
Insurance companies often restrict the number of sessions or types of treatment they will cover. Private pay counseling allows greater flexibility and continuity of care.
Focused on Your Care
Without the administrative requirements and restrictions imposed by insurance companies, more time and energy can be devoted to providing exceptional service and support.
Rates
Individual Counseling
$150 per 50-minute session
Couples & Family Counseling
$200 per 50-minute session
Divorce, Co-Parenting & Blended Family Coaching
$300 per hour: A retainer may be required depending on the level of support requested.
Parent Education & Family Stabilization Course
Individual Registration: $400
Couple Registration: $600
Payment Options

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to provide clients who are not using insurance with an estimate of the expected cost of services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the anticipated costs of your care before beginning services and at any point during treatment.
If you receive a bill that exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to dispute the charges.
