Helping Individuals, Couples, and Families Find Healing, Hope, and Purpose
Life can leave us carrying wounds we never expected—broken relationships, divorce, family conflict, betrayal, grief, trauma, and seasons of uncertainty that challenge our sense of identity and purpose.
The good news is that our struggles do not have to define us.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s most difficult challenges and discover that healing, growth, and restoration are possible.
I believe that every person has a story, every struggle has context, and every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. My approach combines clinical expertise, practical tools, and genuine care to help clients move beyond survival and toward lasting transformation.
Areas of Specialty
Throughout my career, I have developed a particular passion for helping individuals and families navigate:
- Divorce Recovery
- Co-Parenting Challenges
- Blended Family Dynamics
- Trauma and Emotional Healing
- Relationship Issues
- Family Conflict
- Identity and Self-Worth
- Life Transitions
As a former Family Law Mediator, I understand the unique emotional, relational, and parenting challenges that often accompany divorce and separation. I have worked extensively with parents learning to raise healthy children across two households, individuals rebuilding their lives after loss, and families seeking healthier ways to communicate and connect.
My goal is to help clients not only heal from what has happened but also build a healthier future moving forward.
Author, Speaker, and Advocate
I am the author of The Name Changer, a faith-based divorce recovery book written to help Christian women navigate the pain of divorce while rediscovering their identity, worth, and purpose through God’s truth.
I am also a speaker who regularly presents on topics including:
- Identity in Christ
- Mental Health and Faith
- Divorce Recovery
- Trauma and Healing
- Co-Parenting
- Blended Families
- Healthy Boundaries
- Emotional Wellness
Whether speaking from a stage, leading a support group, or sitting across from a client in a counseling session, my mission remains the same: to help people experience healing, find hope, and recognize the value and purpose God has placed within them.
My Approach
I believe true healing involves caring for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
As a Christian therapist, I provide a compassionate, supportive environment where clients can explore life’s challenges, heal from past wounds, and move toward lasting growth and transformation. My approach combines clinical expertise, evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and biblical truth to help clients gain insight, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move forward with confidence and hope.
I view counseling as a partnership. You are the expert on your life and experiences, and my role is to provide guidance, encouragement, practical tools, and a safe space for healing as we work together toward your goals.
Because every person is uniquely created by God, I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Treatment is tailored to your individual needs, strengths, circumstances, and personal goals.
Whether you are navigating relationship struggles, trauma, divorce, grief, anxiety, life transitions, or questions of identity and purpose, my desire is to help you experience healing, discover truth, and embrace the life God has called you to live.
More Than Healing—Transformation
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief:
You are more than the pain you’ve experienced.
You are more than the labels others have placed on you.
You are more than your past.
You are CHOSEN.
You are LOVED.
You have a DIVINE PURPOSE.
And it would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and restoration.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, working to strengthen your relationships, healing from past wounds, or simply looking for guidance and support, you don’t have to walk through it alone.
Healing is possible. Growth is possible. Change is possible.
I would be honored to walk alongside you as you take the next step toward a healthier, more fulfilling future.
