Get the Treatment You Deserve – You are Worth Every Penny!
I am invested in getting you to your goal. I believe the best care is one without limitations. As a result, I have chosen not to participate in insurance networks for several reasons:
First and foremost, not accepting insurance allows me to maintain complete confidentiality and privacy for my clients. Insurance companies typically require the ongoing disclosure of personal and sensitive information.
Secondly, insurance companies often impose limitations on the types and duration of therapy sessions covered. By not participating in insurance networks, I have the flexibility to tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals, without interference from third-party payers.
Furthermore, not accepting insurance enables me to focus solely on providing exceptional therapy services, rather than navigating the complexities and administrative burdens associated with insurance billing and reimbursement. This allows me to devote my time and energy to what matters most: your well-being and growth.
I know making that investment can be scary. We are not used to investing in our mental health. But I can guarantee you one thing- I will dedicate my time to helping you and together we can achieve maximum results.

The Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost on any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during your treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.
